It is ideally situated right across the street from Plaza Catalunya, Barcelona’s most important square, and near Las Ramblas, which leads all the way to the port. Just around the corner, you'll find Passeig de Gracia, home to the biggest names in fashion, and some of the most iconic Antoni Gaudí buildings are just down the street on Passeig de Gracia. You can catch the Barcelona sightseeing bus or Metro right in Plaza Catalunya.

The apartment is fully equipped, modern, and stylish. The living room and main bedroom are filled with light from the windows that face Plaza Catalunya. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area in the living room, a main bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, a small second bedroom with two single beds, a second full bathroom, and a sofa bed in the corridor.

- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighboring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any time of the day. Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in immediate eviction from the apartment.
