A portable barbecue completes this area, designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate in a comfortable and welcoming setting.

The interior of the house is laid out in a practical and functional way on a single floor, offering bright and well-used spaces. The living room, decorated in a simple Mediterranean style, features a television and air conditioning, which effectively cools the entire house thanks to its compact size. The dining area is integrated into the same space, creating a comfortable area to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, is modern and functional, designed for comfortable and hassle-free stays. The house has two bedrooms, both with double beds, wardrobes, and ceiling fans to ensure comfort during summer nights. The bathroom, with sink and shower, is located on the ground floor and also has access from outside, a very practical feature. The property also offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a baby cot for those traveling with an infant.
