Welcome to this fantastic sea-front beach house in Port Nou, Son Servera. It has capacity for 6 guests.
The terrace by the beach is perfect to enjoy sunrises and sunsets with the whispering of the waves as background music. The house offers another covered and furnished terrace, by the street entrance, to enjoy the good weather.
The fantastic two-storey house is characterised by a warm and simple style, with everything you need to feel at home. On the ground floor, there is a living room with access to the terrace facing the beach, which has a Smart TV with channels in German, English and French. An arch separates this room from the kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob. On this floor there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. An AC unit in the hallway provides air conditioning for all 3 rooms. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The property has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can also provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
The house is located in Ses Barreres, between Cala Bona and Costa dels Pins, a privileged enclave not only because it is right in front of the sea, but also because it is a very quiet residential area. The meadows of the typical Balearic waters algae, Posidonia, clean the water and turn the scenery in front of the house into a turquoise paradise. In Cala Bona, you will find all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The Son Servera golf course is only 1.7 km away.
There is parking for one car right in front of the house.
