The house is furnished in antique and colonial styles and equipped with high-end appliances.



The large garden is divided into two areas. In the front there is a natural spring pool with fish, and in the back garden, which is quieter, there is a pool and a barbecue. This wonderful villa is environmentally friendly as a bioclimatic dwelling with solar heating and solar hot water.



Son Bauló is a residential part of ​​Can Picafort, with its own beach; a quiet area perfect for nature lovers, suitable for hiking, Nordic walking, horseback riding, cycling, fishing, diving, and sailing. It is also located near the spectacular S´Albufera National Park. You can walk around the mouth of the Son Bauló torrent, and prehistoric Talayotic sites such as the Necropolis of Son Real, with its finca and grounds open to the public, help make this area idyllic.



Near the villa itself you will find all kinds of facilities: supermarkets, banks, a medical centre, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, souvenir shops and so on. You can move easily around the north of the island, as within walking distance there is a bus service connecting Can Picafort with Alcúdia and Pollença.
