Great 70 m² apartment with lots of natural light that consists of 2 large double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single trundle beds, both beds are comfortable), 4 balconies, living-dining room with 1 double sofa bed comfortable, kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment is in the fourth floor an old building typical of the Gothic quarter. Both have been recently renovated. The modern and beautiful decoration of the apartment combines perfectly with the old style of the building. The building is accessed from Ripoll Street but the apartment and the main façade face the Plaza dels Peixos (Fish Square). As a curious fact, in the building where this apartment is located, the oldest pharmacy in the city still operates. Public parking very close to the apartment (Avinguda de la Catedral). Note: there is an even closer parking lot, but for the first day it is easier to get to the one on Av. de la Catedral. The building where the apartment is located is right next to the Gothic cathedral of Barcelona, just 500 meters from the port and its adjacent beaches. Due to its unique location, it is not necessary to use any type of transport, being a 5-minute walk from Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya. Most of the museums and most important attractions are accessible on foot, however the main Bus and Metro lines are located right next to the apartment. It does not have an elevator like most of the old buildings in the Gothic quarter.

The city of Barcelona has a tourist tax of 5€ per person/ day to be paid in cash on arrival at the apartment.


* If the arrival is later than 20:00h, there will be a surcharge of 30 € to be paid in cash on arrival.
**If the arrival is later than 00:00h, there will be a surcharge of 50€ to be paid in cash at the time of arrival.
