The apartment has a series of amenities to guarantee a pleasant stay, including a garden area, 7 square meter terrace furniture perfect for relaxing outdoors, a community pool, outdoor parking in the same building, satellite television. Private parking area with assigned numbering for your car

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, as well as crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker, allowing guests to prepare their meals with ease and convenience.
