ALTAMIRA I APARTBEACH WITH VIEWS BEACH CLIMA AND PARKING:
Nice apartment on the seafront ideal for your vacation on the beach. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and another with a double bunk bed, it is air-conditioned, free parking (space not assigned), fully equipped independent kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed and access to a large terrace overlooking the main beach.

In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building has an elevator.

Animals are not permitted.

La Pineda is a seaside urban center on the Costa Dorada, quiet and modern, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively city of Salou and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.

House's rules:

Animals are not accepted

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels, Towels supplement €4/person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an extra charge.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.9º The wiffi is optional payment (€5 day)
