Our apartments are located in a privileged place in the city, Carrer Colom is a small pedestrian street that connects Las Ramblas with Plaza Real. Right in the center of Barcelona, ​​in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, surrounded by an infinity of gastronomic and cultural offerings, a few steps from the Boquería Market and the Liceu, the famous Opera of the city, the port of Barcelona and the beaches of the Barceloneta, medieval monuments such as the Cathedral or Santa María del Mar, modernist monuments such as Palau Güell, the Picasso museum or the MACBA are just a short walk away. Our apartments combine the classicism of a building over 120 years old with a modern, functional design and with all the comforts: equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, large double bed with viscoelastic mattress, parquet floors, air conditioning, television, etc. . This particular apartment has two large windows with access to two typical Barcelona balconies, high ceilings, it is distributed as a single space although the bathroom and kitchen are independent.
The building has an elevator but you have to climb about 20 steps from the street so it is not recommended for people with mobility problems. For this reason and because we do not have everything necessary for them, we do not accept children under 2 years of age or people with mobility problems.
The neighborhood is lively, bustling, full of life and tourism, the bars and restaurants are open until late, which means that some nights there can be noise in the street.
The Tourist Tax charged by the Barcelona City Council, is not included in the price and must be payed at the arrival to the apartment.
