The open concept living room is on the top floor, decorated in a minimalist style remarkable for its simplicity, the stars of this room are two extraordinary and comfortable white leather sofas, being in it gives us the feeling that the house opens to the outside offering a panoramic view of the forest and the pool; view can also be enjoyed from the splendid terrace that surrounds almost the entire floor. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. From the lounge you access to a loft in which there is a great couch to enjoy a relaxing time.
On the whole entire house has been tastefully furnished and decorated giving us a sense of wellbeing and comfort.
On the ground floor there are four double bedroom, two bathrooms, one en suite with spa bath and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside there is a swimming pool with sunbathing area and next to it there is a large terrace to enjoy breakfast and dinner in complete privacy and tranquility.
Alcudia is located between two bays that form some of the most privileged beaches of the Mediterranean. There's something for everybody: fine sand, pebbles, larges, smalls. We recommend you visit Mal Pas, Cala S'Illot in La Victoria, el Barcarés, Puerto Pollensa, Formentor, Cala San Vicente .....
Alcudia also offers cultural tours as the Roman city of Pollentia where you can visit its walls, the forum, the Roman theater and the monographic museum. Do not miss visiting the market held every Tuesday and Sunday from 8.30 am to 13.30. This market occupies most of the historical center of Alcudia, near the walls and the Roman city of Pollentia, being one of the most important on the island for its atmosphere and lots of products for sale: fruits, vegetables, shoes, clothing, souvenirs, leather, etc.
