The upper floor, accessible by external stairs, offers a covered terrace with views of the pool, a living-dining room with air conditioning and SAT/DTT TV, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with a double bed, one with two single beds and the other with letters. An air conditioner in the hallway and two independent bathrooms with a bathtub complete this floor.
