Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a staircase that leads to the main living areas. On the ground floor, right by the entrance, there is a convenient guest bathroom with a shower and high-quality finishes.

Upstairs, you’ll find a stylish living room furnished with elegant, minimalist decor and a comfortable double sofa bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). The kitchen is fully integrated into the space and features a sleek design with high-end appliances, perfect for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m) and the other with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). There is also a second full bathroom, independently accessible from the living area.

Located in one of Seville’s most desirable neighborhoods, the apartment is just steps from Plaza del Duque and a short walk from Avenida Torneo, Plaza de Armas Station, Paseo Colón, and the Guadalquivir River.

Nestled on quiet Calle Liñán, a peaceful, narrow street, you’ll enjoy a restful stay while being close to numerous tapas bars, restaurants, small shops, and supermarkets. Seville’s major landmarks, including the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, and the Archivo de Indias, are all within easy walking distance.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
