This beautiful stone-lined house enjoys a fantastic location in the Mallorcan countryside. Villa Tia's position is relatively isolated, but is a short drive from the shops and restaurants of Pollensa old town, as well as the beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. Highlights include its private pool surrounded by exotic palm trees, a magnificent covered terrace with barbecue, as well as its spacious interior. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in all 3 bedrooms are included.

The private pool is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace and lawn. There is a dining table and chairs, with a smaller table and a sitting area under the vine covered pergola that extends from the villa.Next to the garden is the complete barbecue. There is also an outside toilet and laundry room.

Inside, the living room, dining room and kitchen have all the modern comforts, although the owners have managed to preserve the character and charm of a traditional Mallorcan house. The lounge has an ornamental wood burner, classic décor, comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. An archway leads to the kitchen, which has a breakfast table and doors leading out to the rear terrace.

There is a double bedroom with access to the front terrace and two double bedrooms. The house is completed by a bathroom and a toilet with a shower. The 3 charming bedrooms have the same beamed ceilings and tiled floors as the rest of the house.In addition, all of them have hot/cold air conditioning units. Following local energy saving initiatives, the villa has programmed air conditioning in all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and 22:00 to 09:00.
