Situated 500 meters from the beach lies this beautiful penthouse apartament with beatiful sea and mountain views. Located in a quite and pinturesque private urbanization with gardens, 4 swimming pools, private parking and concierge. It has 155 square meters, 70 of them are a porch and terraces, where the sea breeze makes for a pleasant evenings. It´s independent, very bright and cosy. It consists of an entrance hall, a living-dining room, an independent kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms ( one with 2 single beds and 1 temporary bed), 2 complete bathrooms, 1 porche and 2 terraces. It can accomodate 5 people. The house is air-conditioned and has electric fans on the roof. The house has 2 televisions, one in the living room and the other in the main bedroom; DVD-VHS player; film library, library and work area for the computer. We do a desinfection with ozone.Towels and bedding will be provided if the guest requests them at an extra charge of 10€ per person. The microclimate of the area with temperatures that allow swimming from April to October and the sea breeze that conforts you in the hottest months as well as its extensive beaches and tourist attractions make this area a privileged place to spend your vacation.
You´ll be able to enjoy wonderful and long walks along the sea shore or along the paths that open up among the wild vegetation of the beach covering it with a colourful tapestry of flowers or along the Paseo Marítimo. If you´re bird lover you´ll enjoy beatiful views of the protected bird ponds, which are close to the beach. You´ll be able to sail, rent jet skis at the port, go paragliding, drive on the go-kart tracks, visit the water park, visit the surrounding villages like the pinturesque Mojácar on the mountain,the caves, the Port of Garrucha…You can also enjoy the Delicious Mediterranean cuisine in the many restaurants of the port, in the typical beach bars..Golf lovers are in luck, as there are numerous golf courses in the vecinity.The evenings Will not be les atracctive with evenings at the social club on the beach livened up with musical performances, discotheque, its terraces and restaurant.
About 500 meters from the house there is a public sports club with tennis and paddle courts, golf course, gym, spa, beauty treatments, physiotherapist, restaurant…In the vecinity is also the surfing school. You can also practice other sports activities such as diving, snorkelling, wáter, skiing, fishing, cycling ( we can arrange the rental lof your bikes if you ask us in advanced), horse riding…
There are a bus stop, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy close the urbanization.
