Villa Verd is a beautiful stone-lined country house in a traditional style. The area where it is located is quiet, and is surrounded by oaks, olive trees, pines and fruit trees typical of the area.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite). The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. For its part, the living room has two sofas, a fireplace and satellite television, and is decorated with old farming utensils.

Outside there is a large covered terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals that you can prepare on the barbecue. Both the terrace and the barbecue enjoy a splendid view of the garden that surrounds the pool. The house also has a ping pong table.

Villa Verd is located just a few minutes by car from the towns of Alcudia and Pollença, as well as the beaches, shops and restaurants in the area.
