Apartment of 90m2 apartment located in the center of the beautiful town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols 1km from the beach, 8km from Platja d'Aro and 33km from Girona Airport. It is on the third floor with a lift and views of the quiet street from the terrace. It has four spacious bedrooms, three with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is a complete bathroom with a shower and a toilet, fully equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, 100/100 Mb symmetrical fiber optic wifi, free parking spot and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
