On the second floor another pleasant surprise: In addition to the two bedrooms that face the sea side, with incredible views, there is another bedroom that, together with a living room and its bathroom, constitutes a suite with its independent entrance through an external staircase from the street, which even forms a small landing acting as a terrace. Of course, the whole house is fully equipped and has three modern bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. It has WIFI and air conditioning in all bedrooms .

As for the area, the house is connected to the rest of the resort by a "secret" staircase that leads down to the beach. This way you get to sea level directly and in no time, if you want to swim in the sea or continue walking towards the shops and restaurants. This detail makes it the ideal location, quiet and well connected. A stage of the now famous “Camí de Cavalls”, one of the most beautiful sections, through the pine forests to Cala Mitjana and then to Cala Trebaluger, begins practically in front of the house. For those who like to hike or prefer the virgin beaches, a paradise, a walk recommended in every season, as it is a path protected by the vegetation.
