This cosy apartment, located in the heart of the city, is undoubtedly an excellent option for those who want to spend unforgettable days in Madrid.



Ready to accommodate 6 people, this flat offers comfort and plenty of light in its 85m2. Decorated following a rustic but elegant line, it is ideal for those who enjoy attic spaces. The living room, where a combination of reds and whites is used in the furniture, and with an orange wall to provide a sense of warmth and spaciousness, features a plasma TV and DVD, as well as air conditioning. Next, we find the dining room, simple but with plenty of clarity. Subsequently, there is a games area, a very unique detail that will be greatly appreciated by families with young children. The two bedrooms have double beds and, as can be seen in the photos, are comfortable rooms where the visitor will be able to rest very comfortably after a hectic day exploring the city. In a space that for lovers of the oriental may be the most attractive part of this apartment, we find a futon where two people can rest. The bathroom, with blue and white tiles, completes the layout of this pleasant apartment. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 100 metres of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
