It is located on the first floor of the building and has the appeal of being able to enjoy the inner courtyard as a terrace, which has been covered with a small roof to have privacy from neighbours and let in natural light, being able to enjoy a very pleasant and quiet outdoor space that has been decorated with great taste and all possible details.

The apartment has capacity for 4 people and has a room with a comfortable double bed. It is a charming room where built-in wardrobes have been placed, a work table and even a flat screen television has been installed.

The entire apartment is decorated with light and white tones to give a greater sense of spaciousness. The living room is equally charming, with quite high ceilings, wooden-toned floors, and a very modern incorporated kitchen. A beautiful wooden beam stands out in the middle between the kitchen and the sofa bed. It has all the whims. Special wine fridge, espresso machine, dryer, dishwasher or Internet. A TRUE DELIGHT



This apartment does not have a private parking space. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 350 metres of the apartment.

Important: To be taken into account: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.



Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
