It consists of a large bedroom, with a double bed, and a large built-in wardrobe.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated into a single, spacious area, for the comfort of guests. It features a beautiful dining table, a sofa bed, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All this with a beautiful light, provided by the attic ceilings with the large skylights throughout the apartment.
The bathroom is modern and practical, and has a large shower where you can relax.
The building has a lift, heating, air conditioning and of course, wifi connection.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
