1.2 km before reaching the house, there are stretches of unpaved road. This road is safe. It runs parallel to the bed of the Río Lagos. The last 75 m are on a slope, but can be traveled by a vehicle.

The tap water is from the well, valid for cleaning and cleaning. The owner provides mineral water for drinking and cooking.
