Located on the first floor of a lovely building with an elevator, which has only two apartments per floor, it offers a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.

Upon entering, you reach a hallway with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side. The bedrooms feature 1.50 x 2.00 m beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, plus a second independent bathroom.

At the end of the hallway is the living room, with several windows overlooking Feria Street, providing plenty of natural light. The elegant and stylish furnishings include a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 7 guests. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Feria Street is one of the most historic and well-known streets in Seville’s city center. It is a picturesque and authentic area, highly valued by both locals and visitors. In recent years, it has experienced significant growth, becoming one of the city’s most exclusive and sought-after neighborhoods.

Nearby you will find traditional Sevillian shops, local food stores, cozy bars, and high-quality restaurants—perfect for enjoying Andalusian cuisine in a unique setting.

The apartment is also within walking distance of major tourist attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, Metropol Parasol, and the Alameda.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
