The house also has a bathroom with a shower and double sink, and a cozy living area. The living room has a fireplace and sofa, as well as a dining table. The open-plan kitchen equipped with all the kitchenware completes the layout of the home.

The two bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning, while the living room has a ceiling fan.
