Holiday home situated in the town of Velez-Malaga, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This stylish holiday home is located in one of Velez-Malaga’s most ancient neighbourhoods. It was built in 1858, and it is characterised by an extraordinary amount of light, which floods in through the countless windows and doors, and all the comforts of a modern house. However, the Arabic-Andalusian atmosphere you'll soak up during your holidays in this villa will make you forget that you're in Europe.

This villa features six spacious bedrooms, where up to 13 people can relax and unwind. On the first floor of the villa, you will find five bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has one double bed and two spacious windows that let the light flood in. A second bedroom has one double bed and it leads off into a third bedroom with two single beds, this being the only way to access to the latter. The same thing you will find with the last two communicating bedrooms of this floor, both provided with one double bed each. One bathroom with shower and double washbasin is made available for the guests that’ll stay on the first floor of the villa, as well as a cosy living room with a sofa bed, where one person can sleep, which complete the charm of the first floor.

On the ground floor, there’s the sixth and last bedroom with three single beds each. All bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con and a electric meter box to keep track of the electricity consumption.

The ground floor, which is distributed around a quaint indoor patio, also features a bathroom with shower and the completely equipped independent kitchen. From here, you can access the outdoor area, where the salt-water private pool is located.

The pool is heated in winter, and the maximum temperature is between 22 and 25ºC. In summer, although it's not necessary to heat the pool, you can ask for this service. In this case, the maximum temperature is 28ºC.

The perfect place to unwind, the pool area also offers a barbeque to prepare mouth-watering delicacies to surprise your family. A private garage completes the facilities of the villa.

The owners live on the second floor of the house and share the same entrance and stairs with the clients. However, you and your family will have exclusive use of the holiday home, thus including the outdoor area with the pool and patio.
