The cosiness of the indoor area is enhanced by the rustic materials and decorative features used, above all the wooden beams and the stone-and-brick fireplace. The house's main room welcomes two comfortable sofas, a TV, a 4-place dining table and a galley corner. The rest of the villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, and one bathroom with a picturesque shower.

Outside, you can enjoy the favourable climatic conditions either on the porch, provided with an area for "al fresco" dining, or by the pool. When the temperatures rise, dive into its waters, and then sunbathe on the sun loungers to reach that bronzed colour you have been dreaming of. Of course, you can also sit in the chill-out area under the poolside pergola, to chat with your family or have a refreshing drink. The ultimate feature is the covered BBQ area, which allows you to prepare delicious grilled meat as you revel in the panoramic views.

The access to the villa is possible via a 100-mt dirt track.
