The villa is developed on two floors. On the first floor is the living room, a spacious kitchen with a dining table. Then there is the bedroom area, two of them with a double bed and air conditioning, and the third with bunk beds. These 3 share a full bathroom with a shower.



On the second floor is the main bedroom with a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom. This has some large windows with mountain views.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area of La Font, a few minutes by car from Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are located 4 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is enjoying the tranquillity and visiting the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal-clear waters and rocky formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.

In the old town of Pollença you will find many opportunities for shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market every Sunday.

The reference point of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is the small 18th-century Baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

In the historical environment of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.
