It�s an easy 10-minute drive through the Pollensa countryside to the old town, which has a huge choice of traditional Spanish restaurants and quaint shops. Plus, several excellent beaches are also within a short drive of Villa Martorellet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.



This charming countryside house has an extensive lawned garden and large private swimming pool. The pool faces the Tramontana Mountains giving you your own private view of the hills. To one side of the pool is the BBQ house and alfresco dining area, surrounded by plants and trees. You will also have plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy this peaceful setting.



A long, cobbled driveway, lined by flowering oleander and olive trees, leads up to the parking area at the front of Villa Martorellet. The split-level lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, feature fireplace, a partially wooden beamed ceiling and exposed stonework walls. It is also overlooked by the mezzanine seating area and gallery landing above. On the far side of the ground floor is the conservatory dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The dining area has large glass windows and patio doors overlooking the grounds on 3 sides, as well as a table and chairs plus a small seating area. The kitchen has access to the rear terrace by the BBQ.



On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a second twin bedroom with a separate bathroom. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. These 2 upstairs bedrooms share a large terrace overlooking the private pool and gardens towards the mountains. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
