This dreamlike holiday finca is located in the middle of a green oasis and is distributed over one floor. It has a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds, one of which has access to a loft, which can be reached via a wooden staircase and is equipped with a 135 cm wide bed. There is also another bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms are lovingly furnished, have air conditioning and share three bathrooms, two of them en suite.





The finca has a large garden area with barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the evenings with family and friends. The views of the surrounding nature and mountains will leave you with a sense of peace and tranquillity. In addition, the finca has a large swimming pool, a pool table and a ping-pong table, so you will have everything you need during your holiday.



The beautiful beaches of Cala Sant Vicens are only 5 minutes away by car. Here you will find some small supermarkets and shops. The main attraction of the village is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the different beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.

The old town of Pollença is also only a 10-minute drive away and here you will find many more shopping opportunities as well as a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.



It is worth mentioning that the holiday home has fibre optic internet, which allows for a fast home office.

IMPORTANT



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.





Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.
