This lovely detached villa is located very close to the main road that links Pollensa with Puerto Pollensa, at the foot of the private El Vila Estate with fabulous views over the El Vila area and the Tramuntana mountains. It is an ideal choice for those who love outdoor space and views but also want to be within easy reach of the facilities that Puerto Pollensa has to offer including the famous Pine Walk and sandy beach.



As you approach the house you are welcomed by a covered terrace area which also houses a ping pong table for entertainment in the shade. There are table and chairs and a built in brick barbecue area for those warm evenings alfresco dining. As you make your way across the terrace you will find a nice swimming pool surrounded by lawns, matures trees and shrubs. The pool has roman steps for easier access and is set to one side of the covered terraces.



Once inside all the accommodation is situated on ground level. As you come through the entrance you are lead into the open plan lounge and dining area. This area is filled with character from the original beamed and tile ceiling through to the stone internal wall. The kitchen offers all the conveniences you would expect and need on a holiday including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven with extractor fan and of course a fridge freezer. There are three bedrooms in total, one double and two twin bedrooms all benefiting from air conditioning. There is one bathroom and a shower room with low access into the shower itself.
