Apartment with private garden and pool 1km beach:
The apartment of 75m2 is in the beautiful seashore town of Platja d'Aro 1km from the beach and shops, 15min from Palamós and 30min from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large terrace and a private garden with outdoor tables and chairs, as well as a community pool for adults and another for children. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed with a single extra bed. There are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher, fans, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
