This villa for 8 people is for rent in l’Escala and has an excellent location, 400 meters from the Historic Center of l’Escala with a wide variety of shops and 700 meters from Playa de las Barcas and restaurants. The closest supermarket is 300 meters away. Riells Beach is just 600 meters away.

The accommodation is spread over 3 floors and has a fenced garden with a private pool, an outside dining area with a barbecue and sun loungers.

The living room has air conditioning, TV (only HDMI connection), WiFi.

The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, it has a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven.

This accommodation has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (180 cm) each, a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). All beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows.

There are 3 bathrooms with a shower.

This accommodation has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack with clothespins, outdoor parking for 2 cars and closed garage for 2 more cars. The pets are allowed (for an additional cost).

The pool will be available from May.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels ( 11,90€per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
