The ground floor consists of a hall, a toilet, a large living-dining room and an open kitchen with access to a very pleasant porch and the garden.
On the first floor you will find a bathroom with a shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. And 2 bedrooms, with double beds with access to the balcony.

The garden of about 320 m2, has two levels, one with grass and the other with a large terrace where the 7x4 m pool is located, and a shower. It is completely walled and has sun and shade.
There is a portable barbecue and enough outdoor furniture for sunbathing and dining on the porch.
The ideal house to enjoy the holidays with the family!
