The property is located in the Serra de Tramuntana, in an idyllic setting on a fully functioning livestock farm.

Large outdoor area with orange grove, 10x3.5 m swimming pool and large solarium. From 2026, the house will have partial air conditioning, located in the master bedroom, adjoining lounge and large lounge.
