The villa is less than ten minutes walk from the seafront, an ideal place for jogging, cycling or simply strolling while enjoying the sea. A fifteen-minute walk is the Marina Rubicón marina, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Near the house there is a supermarket, cafeteria and bus stop with a good combination for the town.

-private pool 4m long and 3m wide, and a maximum depth of 1.60m.
