Totally independent villa with private swimming pool in a rural area but at the same time very close to the centre of Calpe and its beaches. Totally refurbished, conserving its wide stone walls that act as thermal insulation and allow the interior temperature of the house to be ideal at any time of the year. It is distributed in two floors connected by an interior staircase. The lower floor has a living-dining room with fireplace, bedroom with double bed, television, wifi connection (on request), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and an interior patio with barbecue. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, toilet and terrace-solarium. Outside there is a large plot with ample shaded areas, parking for several cars, 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, illuminated terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, sunbeds, and several gardens.
