Our penthouse apartment (45 m2) has a large private terrace (20m2) and is on the top level of the building. It has two single beds and one double sofa bed. There is a living room, a small kitchen and two bathrooms with a shower. They are fitted with sound proof windows, air conditioning, heating and free Wi Fi. The terrace is accessed by a set of stairs. You can relax and enjoy the city views....

The total amount of your reservation includes VAT tax, final cleaning and intermediate cleaning for stays of more than 5 nights. The tax on stays in tourist establishments not included in the price. The rate is 3,30 (4,40 from April 1st, 2022) per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 17 excluded. Our top priority: the safety and well being of our guests and staff! Our cleaning procedures comply with the new guidelines of local and international health authorities.
