You come to Mallorca and you want to enjoy a few days of rest in a charming place, in the center of the island, surrounded by all the services (great variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, etc ...), beautiful paths to walk or practice. cycling, in an authentic Majorcan town with a lot of charm?

Casa "Can Caragol" will not disappoint you, it is an old town house, recently renovated with high quality materials, furnished with good taste and very practical.It has two floors, distributed on the ground floor, NON-HEATED POOL , solarium, barbecue, kitchen equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso, Kettle, Juicer, Toaster ...), dining room with satellite TV and a full bathroom with shower. In the upper part, three double bedrooms (one of them with a complete bathroom en suite) and a complete bathroom. Cot and high chair available.

Electricity costs for air conditioning (hot/cold) will be charged according to consumption, at a cost of €0.35/kWh, payable on the last day of departure.

Sineu is a town full of history. During Jaime II's reign, a castle for the Majorcan kings was built in Sineu. Today this castle is a convent. Despite the fact that today Sineu is a small rural town, it used to be one of the most important cities on the island.If you take a walk through the center of Sineu, you will come across various monuments and details from the golden age of Sineu.
One of the main attractions of Sineu is its architecture, and to highlight that you will find the oldest rural hospital in Mallorca, which dates from 1240. The main square of Sineu called "Plaza Des Fossar" is full of small cafes and restaurants, to enjoy of this charming town.
Its weekly market, held on Wednesdays, attracts thousands of tourists and residents, and is also the only market in Mallorca where cattle are still sold. Very well connected to the historic center of Palma and many towns, thanks to the train that its stop is only 100 meters away.

Private use of the entire property.
One day a week pool maintenance will be carried out.
Bed linen, shower and pool towels will be provided (1 large towel, 1 small towel and 1 pool towel per person).
If you leave your rubbish in the garage, it will be removed every two days.

-Check-in is by appointment between 16:00 and 00:00 (we are flexible in case there is no departure on the same day, on request and subject to availability), for this reason, we ask that at the time of confirming the reservation, provide us with times and flight number of arrival and departure, the departure is at 10:00.
-We do not accept groups of young people under 25 years of age.
-It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or to receive guests who do not belong to the reservation.
-On the day of arrival the Ecotasa will be charged in cash, it consists of 2 € per person per night. Children under 16 years of age are exempt.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the property, only in the terraces or gardens and use the ashtray.
-Please use the air conditioning responsibly, turn it off when leaving the house and use it with the windows and doors closed.
-The pool lights are on a timer and are switched off at 23:00.
