A popular self-catering villa with a lovely feel to it. This gem has stunning views out over the 9th Fairway on the north course at Golf del Sur and looks out toward the mountains and the Sea. Located in one of the most popular sections of the complex, you can enjoy some of the best sunsets in Tenerife over a bottle of wine! The sun shines virtually all day on the terrace which is large and ideal for sunbathing in privacy. The terrace is complete with a stone chimney barbecue area along with table and chairs, and sun beds. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The pool area has sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The bed can be split into twin beds if required. The bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers a ceiling fan and patio doors with shutters. Bedroom two has two single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers a bedside table, ceiling fan and windows with shutters that opens out to the rear terrace. The main bathroom has a tub shower combination, WC and twin sink basins. Bedroom three has one single bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers a bedside table, ceiling fan and windows with shutters. Main Bathroom Shower over bath WC and twin basins.

Kitchen is fully fitted and has everything you would need in a self-catering holiday home. The kitchen and utility area have a washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and oven and all the glasses, cutlery and utensils you will need. The living area boasts two sofas, one 3 seater and one 2 seater sofa, glass coffee table, television complete with satellite channels and high speed internet. The large patio doors lead to the terrace where the table and chairs, a large built-in barbecue and sunbeds for your private use are located. The terrace, completely tiled, is not overlooked by neighbouring villas.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
