The house with its stylish large windows allows the natural light to filter in throughout the day, creating a bright airy space**.

Villa El Mirador is built over four levels.

On the ground floor we find the garage and the entrance hall with access to the elevator and a cloakroom. On the same level is the private laundry area with washer and dryer.

The first floor consists of a large, bright day area with two living rooms and a large dining room with open plan kitchen area, fully equipped and integrated into the space. The whole living area also enjoys the fantastic sea view with direct access to the outdoor terrace area and pool. In addition, on this same level we find a courtesy bathroom. The ground floor is a very bright and comfortable space for relaxing, merging together with large outdoor terrace area, ideal for al fresco dining, with a beautiful oak wood dining table and barbecue area. In Villa El Mirador, sit back and enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Mediterranean and soak up the magic of the Costa Brava.

On the second floor we find the sleeping area with three bedrooms; one bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, offering a shower and bath, another with a double bed and one twin bedroom. The second two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet and both rooms have access to the terraces with splendid sea views. The bathrooms have contemporary finishes and high-quality accessories.

On the top floor we find the master bedroom with its own private bathroom with a shower and bath and another bedroom with bunkbeds with a private shower-room. There is also a small kitchen ideal for preparing drinks and snacks to take out and enjoy on the amazing terrace on this level, perfect for relaxing, chilling out and simply enjoying the Costa Brava.
