Apartment

The accommodation I offer is the result of a year of personal work used in the reform. This is my third rehabilitation and it is without a doubt the one that has satisfied me the most. I have worked with the base made by my head architect, Inma Sanz Laguna, I have been inspired by industrial design, I have imposed the necessary conditions to enjoy the stay (insulation, heating, air conditioning, electricity), I have searched dozens of places the most unexpected elements converted into current furniture (80 percent of the furniture has been created and made by me and my collaborators) and I have decorated it with refinement in the evolutionary line of my two previous accommodations.

I am from Madrid-Rioja and my name is Ainhoa Julia Sáez. I trained in jewelry, a sector in which today I perform my daily work. With this apartment I intend to be your hostess in the center of my city, Logroño, a cozy, comfortable, liberal capital of the provinces and comfortable to live and visit. During your stay in the capital of La Rioja you can enjoy a high level gastronomy (of its skewers, wine bars, coffee shops and outstanding restaurants), visits to the wineries that make the most international Spanish wine or the walks through the quiet streets or manicured parks and gardens. I wait for you and I offer you my best advice to try to fulfill all your expectations.

The North Street integrates perfectly in the historic center of the city. It is located between the church of Santiago el Real and the wall of Revellín. Look on its north face to the Ebro river and its fabulous park, it is integrated into the best green and sports area of the city. And it has behind it, in an environment of 5 minutes on foot, large leisure spaces and others full of history: Portales Street, San Agustín Square, Laurel Street, Autonomous Parliament, regional library, Amós Salvador exhibition hall, cultural center Ibercaja and terraces and watchtowers of Parliament Square, Bretón de los Herreros, Once de Julio and Avenida de Portuga
