Another independent bathroom, living room, kitchen, and beautiful terrace. All exterior except the bathrooms, therefore very bright. On the roof there is a communal pool, with lawn and garden. There is also a garage.
Under the building there is a supermarket open every day, there is also a bakery and a bar-restaurant.
It is located 3 km from the center, has buses, train and mole to go downtown
