Our accommodation is located in the center of Jaén, it is close to any service (banks, restaurants, cafeterias, public transport ...)
Being in a pedestrian street is a very quiet accommodation, no noise and very cozy. It has two bedrooms, one as a double bed and one with two beds 1.10. It has air conditioning in all rooms, it can be at an ideal and constant temperature.
The living room is very spacious as you can see in the photos, it has two sofas and a table for 6 people. Of course we have hot water in the bathroom and a small fegradero on the back terrace, if necessary-
The price includes a great parking just 100 meters from the accommodation. It is the best and most central parking we have in Jaén. It is a luxury to be in the center of Jaén with parking space.
Our accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a new building. It has an elevator.
