Located on the second floor with elevator and intercom, it has a maximum capacity of 4 people.

The apartment consists of a living-dining room with tv and direct access to a balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms: one with 2 single beds pushed together (80x190cm) and one with bunk beds (90x190cm). It has 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Pets accepted only on prior request and with a supplement.

Ideal apartment for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
