Villa

Villa Caterina is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town is ideal for families, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops, all within walking distance from the property. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and also offers two beach bars serving local tapas and sangria. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Calan Porter and Mahon during the summer months.

Connected to the lounge is an “L” shaped veranda, furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining and relaxing in the shade. The pool terrace, which is gated and accessed via steps or ramp, has sun beds, a second table with picnic benches and a stone barbeque. At the entrance façade of the property there is a garden with indigenous plants and a small terrace with a third table with chairs.
