You are on the second line, just 2 minutes walk to San Pedro beach and the famous restaurants of Alabardero & Marabierta. If you prefer to stay at home, you have a swimming pool at your private green territory & dining table at your spacious terrace.

Its created with 5 bedrooms (4 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 kids beds & one baby cot). Easy said; You can fit in 10 people in total. Theres also 4 adjoined bathrooms and one guest toilet. you do also have a fully equipped kitchen, with basics to cook a meal (Salt, pepper, oil).

AC is available in the living room and in the master bedroom on the first floor, fans in all rooms. Thanks to its position and design, its never hot, nor cold inside, even of you don't use AC.
