Wonderful Villa up to 8 + 2 guests, full refurbished with, 4 double bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, located in a quiet hill close to Sa Carroca and to Ibiza town, with amazing views to Playa D 'en Bossa and to Ibiza city, with double BBQ areas and private pool with cascades.

Only 10 'driving to the beach and clubs like Ushuaia, Hi and more, surrounded with pine trees and green mountains.

The layout of this wonderful house is;

On the ground floor, there is:
- Full equipped Kitchen area.
- Living area sharing with the dining table with nice outfacing windows.
- First double bedroom with twin beds.
- Second double bedroom with twin beds.
- First bathroom to share.
Going up by the stairs you will find:
- Third, Main bedroom with balcony facing the pool and landscapes.
- Second bathroom.

What about outdoor?

- At one side you will have the 4th bedroom en suite, with bathroom inside, with a double bed and the possibility to improve at least 2 twin beds more in case of larger groups to fit up to 10 guests.

- There is a good size swimming pool with cascade coming up from a tropical garden.
- Sun chairs.
- Chill out sun bed.
- 3 dining tables in a different paces to have a nice meal.
- 1 Balinese bench.
- BBQ area, (charcoal).

Outside close to the pool you will see a natural stairs going up by them you will see another nice terrace on the top, with a second BBQ (charcoal).

Special for large and adventure groups, with large and sunny terrace where to take a soft drink anytime.

This fantastic Villa is located in a close Hill to Ibiza town, less than 10 'drive, enclosed in Sa Carroca area, with supermarkets and bars, nearby just a few minutes driving from the Villa to town.

For this villa i will always recommend to hire a car or if is your desire even a 4x4, this option it would be better but is not 100% necessary.
