Beautiful townhouse with 3 floors overlooking the sea and the mountains, 500 meters from the beach and 1 km from the commercial and leisure area. It is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a quiet area.
The 1st floor has a kitchen, dining room and a spacious living room with access to the private terrace that gives access to the communal garden with a beautiful pool of 2 levels and different depths.
On the 2nd floor we have 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bathroom and a terrace.
On the 3rd floor we have suite type 1 double bedroom and a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains to relax and rest.
The town of S’Agaró is very quiet and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a magnificent promenade for walking and excursions. The beach is large and with fine sand, it does not have much bottom so it is ideal for families with small children and older people.
