La Roseta was the old garage-warehouse of the estate. At present, it has been rehabilitated as housing and divided into living room-kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and a small private terrace. This house receives its name from a place in the municipality of Windward where its owners have a lemon farm.
From the terrace of Casa La Roseta you can enjoy views of the sea and the Punta Cumplida Lighthouse. This house shares a garden, laundry, pool and barbecue area with the other 3 homes within the same property.

The pool, for common use, has measures of 8mx4m and a depth that ranges between 1.80m and 2. 20m.

Casa La Roseta is located in the middle of the Windward municipality north of the island of La Palma. With the Pools of the Windward Fajana about 10 minutes by car, and roughly the same distance from the Port of Talavera and the recreational area of the Windward Lagoon, this house is a perfect place for those looking for tranquility and also for those who enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking or swimming.
