Casa Ivan consists of the top floor of the main house and an extra unit on the same floor (available for an occupancy of 5 or 6 people or by paying a supplement). The extra unit is not rented separately.

The main house has a living room with dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

The extra unit has a living room with dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Each unit has its own terrace with sun beds and table.



Both kitchens are fully equipped with electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, water heater, coffee machine and blender.

Furthermore at the guests' disposal: washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot & highchair (on request) and air conditioning (hot and cold).

For your entertainment there is Internet ( ADSL/WiFi ), Spanish TV and satellite TV.



Descending a few stairs you reach the outdoor area which has a pavilion with a barbecue and dining area, fruit tree garden and laundry room.

The private swimming pool (4 m x 8 m / 1.5 m) has electric heating (extra cost) and is surrounded by a solarium with sunbeds and an outdoor shower.

The extra unit will be enabled in case of occupancy with a minimum of 5 guests (excluding babies). If fewer guests wish to use the extra unit, a supplement per night will be applied.
