The apartment belongs to a "casa palacio" built in the Sevillian Regionalist style, which dates from the beginning of the 20th century. The building has a majestic central patio decorated with ceramic tiles and a colonnade of arches. There is an elevator available.

The apartment has two main floors communicated via inner stairs, plus the rooftop terrace.

The living room has a sofa, central table and TV cable with english channels. Dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is small but well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: dishwasher, oven and washing machine included.

There is is central air-conditioning with cooling and heating. Free wifi internet is also included.

From the living room, stairs lead up to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower head, washbasin, bidet and WC.

From the landing there is a door out to the external spiral stairway with access to the private roof terrace, with magnificent views over the rooftops of Seville. Terrace equipped with a jacuzzi (available all year round), outdoor shower, 2 sofas, 2 deck chairs and a parasol.
