Modern and central apartment recently renovated. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with 2 sofa beds, 50\" Smart TV - 2 bedrooms with double bed. Full bathroom with shower. Wifi, heating and air conditioning.

Excellent location very close to the Jardines del Príncipe. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarket, municipal swimming pool and everything that Aranjuez can offer you. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the nightlife area.

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, and 1 sofa bed in the living room.

Reservations of up to 8 people between adults and children are accepted. The guest must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment fit their needs before confirming their reservation.

There are no cots or extra beds available. All bedrooms have wardrobes, hangers, table lamps and USB chargers.

The living room has a 50\" smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, complete kitchen utensils, cutlery set, plates, glasses x8...

There is a washing machine that can be used at no extra cost and you will find a folding clothesline, iron and ironing board.

In the bathroom there is a towel, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

Free Wi-Fi (high speed at 300 Mbps), heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

During your stay you will be provided with towels and bed linen (duvets + sheets-duvet covers)

Next to the Prince\'s gardens, you can walk to the main tourist attractions of Aranjuez. Travel times:

Royal Palace of Aranjuez – 10 minutes walk

Jardines del Príncipe – 2 minutes walk

You can also visit and walk to the Royal Barge Museum, the Casa del Labrador, Plaza de San Antonio, the train station, the food market, the Tajo River and all the central landmarks of Aranjuez.
